On Wednesday, November, 2nd 2022, Doctorate Program, Management of Science, STIESIA Surabaya held the final examination, dissertation at Borneo room, second floor-Post Graduate building. The examination aimed to examine the research result from promovendus Nuri Purwanto (16.3.02.15.0216). This dissertation examination was led and promoted by Prof. Dr. Budiyanto, M.S., and co-promoted by Dr. Suhermin, SE., MM. Moreover, the examiner team was namely Dr. Suwitho, M.Si., Dr. Khuzaini, M.M., Dr. Ananda Sabil, SE., M.Com., Ph.D.,CMA., and Dr. Ikhsan Budi, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA. Furthermore, the research’s title “The Effect of Electronic Service Quality Electronic Satisfaction and Trust on Electronic Word of Mouth”, aimed to give benefit the development of marketing management science, especially in electronic marketing which was based on the Grand Theory of Planned Behavior; from its role of electronic service quality, electronic word of mouth, and electronic satisfaction.
During Nuri Purwanto’s best effort in getting his Doctorate title, Management of Science, STIESIA Surabaya for 5 years and 8 months which showed professionalism in explaining and answering every sentence that was given by the promotor,co-promotor, and examiner; he finally got the best result. In addition, Nuri Purwanto was the 103rd graduate with a GPA of 3.93 and had a predicate of cum-laude.
