Recently, the Doctorate Program, Management of Science, STIESIA Surabaya had just held the Dissertation Final Examination on Tuesday, October 04 2022 in Borneo room, second floor, Postgraduate building. This examination aimed to prove the study’s result by promovendus Defi Warman (16.3.02.14.0204). The examination was led and promoted by Prof. Dr. Budiyanto, M.S., and co-promoted by Dr. Agusteddi, MS. While, the examiner team consisted of Prof.Dr. Noermijati,MTM., Dr. Khuzaini, M.M., Dr. Djawoto,SE.MM., dan Dr. Triyonowati, MSi. Moreover, the study was in titled “The Role of Differentiation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Mediating the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of Senior High Schools in Pekanbaru”. The aim of it was to develop resourced-based theory through a performance conceptual model of private Senior High Schools, transformational leadership, strategy of differentiation, and organizational citizenship behavior.
During Defi Warman’s best effort in getting his Doctorate title, Management of Science, STIESIA Surabaya for 6 years and 1 month which showed professionalism in explaining and answering every sentence that was given by the promotor, co-promotor, and examiner; he finally got the best result. In addition, Defi Warman was the 101st graduate with a GPA of 3.53 and had a predicate of very satisfying.
