Recently, the Doctorate Program, Management of Science, STIESIA Surabaya had just held the Dissertation Final Examination on Monday, September 12 2022 in Borneo room, second floor, Postgraduate building. This examination aimed to prove the study’s result by promovendus Zef Rizal (15.3.02.12.0161). The examination was led by Prof. Dr. Budiyanto, M.S., promoted by Dr. Nur Fadjrih Asyik, SE., M.Si., Ak., CA, and co-promoted by Dr. Khuzaini, M.M. While, the examiner team consisted of Dr. Triyonowati, M.Si., Dr. Suwitho, M.Si., and Prof. Dr. Kusdi Rahardjo, DEA., CA. The result of the study which was done by Zef Rizal under the title “The Role of Motivation in Moderating the Effect of Locating and Work Training on Employees’ Performance”, were as follow:
- Work locating had a significant effect on employees’ performance at Export companies of Teri fish in Madura
- Work training had a significant effect on employees’ performance at Export companies of Teri fish in Madura
- Spiritual motivation moderated the work locating on employees’ performance Export companies of Teri fish in Madura
- Spiritual motivation moderated the work traning on employees’ performance Export companies of Teri fish in Madura
During Zef Rizal’s best effort in getting his Doctorate title, Management of Science, STIESIA Surabaya for 7 years he showed professionalism in explaining and answering every sentence that was given by the promotor, co-promotor, and examiner; he finally got the best result. In addition, Zef Rizal was the 99th graduate with a GPA of 3.83 and had a predicate of very satisfying.
