STIESIA Surabaya, Language Center as one of the Implementers of the Officially Testing Center of TOEFL ITP in Indonesia has cooperated with IEEF (Indonesian International Education Foundation) since September 2018. IEEF is a Country Master Distributor of Educational Testing Service (ETS), an official international English test provider, i.e. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language). In commemorating 40 years of dedication, IEEFF held a PAPER-BASED TOEFL ITP test program synchronously in most locations entire Indonesia. The event would be recognized in MURI (Indonesia Record Museum).
On November 19, 2022, this event was held at Language Laboratory 1 and 2 STIESIA Surabaya. There were 50 students who followed this TOEFL ITP test, which was separated into two. Besides STIESIA Surabaya, there were hundreds of Universities and institutions entire Indonesia which supported the event. Some of them were BLCI Bandung, CCLC Uni Gorontalo, Unika Soegijapranata Semarang, UNESA Surabaya, UIN Jakarta, Uni Sanata Dharma Yogja, UMY Yogja, UMY Yogja, Univ Malahayati Lampung, IAIN Pare-Pare, Uncen Jayapura, UNI Tadulako Palu, UNS Surakarta, etc.
