Clinic Pratama STIESIA, as a business unit of the Association National Education Organizer (PERPENDIKNAS) Surabaya, was declared to have passed Plenary Level Accreditation with Standards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
In Certificate Accreditation number YM.02.01/D/94992023, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia stated Clinic STIESIA Primary is recognized as its facility services adequate health _ standard Accreditation so that displayed as a clinic with level Plenary.
Certificate Accreditation of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia signed electronically by the Director General ( Dirjen ) Services Indonesian Ministry of Health Dr. Azhar Jaya, SH, SKM., MARS. Apart from that, the certificate is also marked and handled in a way electronically by the Chair of the Independent Institution Organizer Lipa Mitra Nusa Accreditation, dr Sophiati Suthahjani, M. Kes.

Head Clinic STIESIA Pratama, Dr. Lus Kusumawardhani, said the accreditation process started Pre-Survey on 2 – 3 June 2023. Then continues with Accreditation held _ for two days, 16 and 18 August 2023. Accreditation was held Online on 16 August and Offline on 18 August 2023.

Existence accreditation This is a mandate Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 34 of 2022 concerning Accreditation of Community Health Centers, Clinics, Health Laboratories, and others. As mentioned in the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, every clinic in Indonesia must undergo the Accreditation process.
Apart from Minister of Health Regulation no. 34 of 2022, standard accreditation clinics are also arranged in the Decree of the Minister of Health no. 1983 of 2022 concerning the Standard Accreditation Clinic. In regulations, the clinic must fulfill standard accreditation consisting _ of 3 Chapters, 22 Standards, and 104 Elements of Evaluation with categories: Clinical Governance, Quality Improvement and Safety Patients, and Services Clinic Individual.
