SURABAYA (stiesia.ac.id) – On Thursday, March 31, 2022, the Master’s in Accounting Program and Professional Accounting Education Program (PPAk) at STIESIA Surabaya held a guest lecture in Room 101 of the Postgraduate Building. The event was officially opened by Dr. Nur Fadjrih, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA, as Chairman of STIESIA, alongside Dr. Maswar Patuh Priyadi, M.M., Ak., CA, Head of the PPAk Program, and Dr. Lilis Ardini, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA who served as the moderator. The keynote speaker for the lecture was Prof. Dr. Unti Ludigdo, S.E., M.Si., Ak. from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Brawijaya.
The lecture, conducted online, was attended by approximately 170 participants, consisting of students and the general public. In addition to being part of the 50th Anniversary of STIESIA (Dies Natalis), the event aimed to broaden students’ knowledge and understanding of fraud as a threat to Pancasila (Professional Ethics).
The event ran smoothly, as evidenced by the enthusiasm of the participants, who actively posed several questions during the Q&A session. The event concluded with a group photo and the awarding of certificates online.
