On Thursday, August 24, 2022 STIESIA Surabaya collaborated with PT. Pegadaian Surabaya. The output of this collaboration was an event themed “Assistance of UMKM Berjaya, Ekonomi Merdeka on Practitioners of UMKM”. The event was held offline and was participated by some STIESIA’s students and customers of PT. Pegadaian Surabaya. Besides, it was also attended by the head of PERPENDIKNAS, the management of STIESIA with their staff, the head of the S1 Accounting study program, the head of Cooperation, the head of Students Affair, the head of LPPM with her staff, and the management of PT. Pegadaian Surabaya with the staff.
This event started with an opening speech from Dr. Ikhsan Budi Riharjo,SE.,M.Si.,Ak.,CA as the first vice-president (Academic), continued by the speech from Supriyanto, S.E., M.M (the Head of PT. Pegadaian, area office XII Surabaya). Last but not least, it ended with souvenir-giving from STIESIA Surabaya to the PT. Pegadaian.
As a presenter, Sulistyo Budi Utomo, B.BA, M.A., Ph.D. within the event presented material about Business Coaching, consisting of training, consulting, and assisting UMKM Ultra Micro. For the second presenter, Dr. Wahidahwati, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA. gave material for Finance Transaction Bookkeeping. In short, students of STIESIA Surabaya as well as customers of PT. Pegadaian were expected to take the knowledge and experiences a lot more during the event; in order to develop business much better. All the sessions ran very comfortably and conducive, with the closing of some pictures together. Besides, a photo session and pray were also taken by both STIESIA Surabaya and PT. Pegadaian, area office XII Surabaya.
